Financing Options

At Anglo Irish Bank we provide our clients with a variety of financing options in the acquisition, construction or refinancing of commercial property.

OUR OPTIONS INCLUDE:

• Construction & Interim Financing - Financing for acquisition and construction of commercial properties.
• Acquisition & Repositioning - Short/mini-perm deals on properties with below market leases and or short term rollover.
• Bridging Loans-Interim flexible financing.
• Commercial Mortgages - Long-term, fixed-rate financing for income-producing properties.

Loan Size

• Loan amounts $5m- $100m
• Loan to Value (LTV) - Typically 65-75% but dependent on loan underwriting needs.
• Term and Repayment - the Bank has provided terms of up to 15 years in duration. Repayment terms will be consistent with cash flow projections.
• Interest Rates: Floating Rates linked to LIBOR. Fixed rates and hedging instruments available.
• Arrangement fees are subject to negotiation.
• Flexible prepayment including no yield maintenance or defeasance.
