WHAT IS ANGLOCONNECT?

  • AngloConnect is Anglo Irish Bank's online account access service. Easy to use and accessible from your PC, it provides realtime account information.
  • AngloConnect has been developed in order to give you more control and flexibility in the management of your accounts.
  • AngloConnect provides secure online access to your accounts.
  • To ensure that the level of service you have come to experience from Anglo Irish Bank is continued, we welcome any feedback you may have on our system.

BENEFITS OF ANGLOCONNECT

  • There are no charges for using AngloConnect.
  • It provides easy, convenient access to your accounts over the Internet.
  • AngloConnect provides a Download feature which allows users to download account details into spreadsheet format.
  • Customers can print out statements, interest certificates and check their balances.
  • It is a secure service using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) - a form of encryption that protects information being transmitted over the Internet to prevent it being tampered with during transit. We also provide additional security features with added protection in the form of digital certificates.

WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE?
This service is available to:

  • Corporate customers
  • Only users authorised by mandate may register

WHAT DO I NEED TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE?

Required Documentation

Signed Subscribers Agreement
- Which is printed off at the end of the On Line Registration.

You will also need to be a Signatory on the Company Mandate or be signed on via a Letter of Authorisation.

(The minimum hardware requirements described above are sufficient to run the system, however, higher system specifications will result in enhanced performance.)

Whilst AngloConnect Internet Banking uses encryption and secure technology to protect you, it's vital that any PC you use to connect to AngloConnect is also secure. We recommend that you check with your IT department or service provider, that you are using the latest version of your operating system, with up-to-date patching, antivirus and malware protection.

* The latest Windows Service Packs and critical updates should be installed. These are available online at Microsoft.com.
